Beautiful modern caravan 39 x 12ft with 3 bedrooms with tasteful d?cor. The master room has an en-suite with full size shower cubicle, the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and opposite is the 2nd shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds the top bunk accessed via a ladder, but not directly over the bottom bed but at an angle.

The lounge area has a large comfy sofa that will convert to a double bed, therefore the van will sleep 8 people. There is a conservatory style dining area with a free standing table and six chairs. Front opening doors leading to patio doors to the balcony, here is where you can enjoy full sunshine all day. There is an electric fire in the lounge with a fire glow effect which also has a cool fan for those hot days. The generous size kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools and a full size oven in a housing unit and separate gas hob, and microwave.

The caravan is sited in a very good place on the park, approximately 100m from the wildlife lake, a few minute stroll to the level beach, and in the other direction 200m to the indoor swimming pool and all weather sports courts, putting green and adventure playground. There is a lounge with free Wfi, TV, newspapers and coffee bar. At the rear of the van is a lovely leafy path leading to the pub which serves carvery meals daily, and some entertainment in the summer months.

There is a wonderful walk across the cliffs to Polkeris with it's water sports and pub on the beach. A local bus operates to Fowey and St Austell and can be caught at the pub or village. The village of Par can be easily accessed from the park and has a few shops, library, Fish and Chip shop, pub and supermarket. Eden project is a short drive away and the Lost Gardens of Helligan. Future development of the park include the re-building of the Caf? on the beach to a 2 storey restaurant and caf?. On the whole the park is always quiet.
