On Praa Sands Holiday Village the space between the caravans pitches is very spacious, the grounds are landscaped and very well managed and as owners, the free facilities you can enjoy include the "challenging" professional 9 hole golf course which has stunning sea and country views as it is set high on the cliffs, a heated indoor swimming pool, fitness suite, sauna, steam room, modern bar and Boathouse restaurant, with terrace and stunning sea views, a real chill out area where you can sit and enjoy a quiet drink, socialise and watch the sun set, laundrette, and there is a designated dog walking area as this is a dog friendly park, 11 months occupancy, free wireless internet for owners, private holiday let is permitted, or there is a 5* managed sublet service for Haulfryn owners if required.

Our non-smoking caravan is very comfortable and has metered gas central heating and double glazing thus giving maximum comfort whatever the time of year, and is in excellent condition with the main entrance door leading to the 2 bedrooms, shower room, boiler cupboard and living area. The main bedroom has a 5' bed with lots of storage space with wardrobes, cupboards and shelving, tv aerial and razor points, Jack and Jill door to shower room and hallway, shower room having a large shower with bi-fold door, w/c, bathroom cabinet and washbasin, wood affect flooring, window with blind. Twin bedroom with over bed cupboards and shelving together with narrow wardrobe and 3 narrow drawers.

The kitchen is modern with full size gas cooker under counter fridge, stainless steel sink, window with blind, and wood affect flooring. Free standing dining furniture consists of 4 high backed chairs and oval table. The living area has a corner tv unit and is wired for SKY box (just take your SKY box from home with you and continue to watch the package you pay for at home for free on site), fixed corner storage box electric fire with mantle shelf, fixed corner seating unit, between the dining area and living area is a glass panel and door to the decking area.

There are net curtains and attractive heavy lined curtains throughout the caravan. There is good, free to owners, wi-fi connection within the caravan. The caravan also has an integral 12' wide storage box, light and power point at the end with a separate door at the rear, ideal for storing golf clubs, bbq, whirligig, paddling pool/sand pit, table and chairs. Having light and power, should you wish, it would be an ideal place to have a freezer or washing machine installed. This storage box is extremely handy when it comes to winterisation of the caravan as everything stays on site, rather than having to take things backwards and forwards. Really handy if you plan on renting the caravan out as, again, all you need to do is remove and pack your personal belongings into the storage box and they are there ready and waiting for you when you want them. There is a Ramtec alarm and the caravan is sited in a quiet, but convenient position on the park as it is close to all the amenities, and it has lovely sea and country views both from the inside the caravan, and the large decking area, together with a parking space beside the caravan.

There is good water pressure, and the gas and electric are on metered supply, and invoiced annually in October.

Haulfryn offer a 5* managed rental service for your caravan if required, or, should you wish, you can let your caravan out privately. A lot of owners choose to take advantage of the rental opportunity as it helps cover your running costs.

Cornwall with its stunning coastline, has lots to offer as a holiday destination at any time of the year due to its warmer climate, and locally to explore you will find St Michael's Mount, Mousehole and Lands End, choice of lovely Cornish beaches including the mile long beach at Praa Sands, renowned for being a good surfing beach, where there are public toilets, beachside caf? and pub, safe bathing with seasonal lifeguards, car parking, and the SW coastal path which affords lots of lovely long scenic cliff walks, and the village has a handy post office and convenience store together with a bus service to Penzance (+ main line railway station), Helston and beyond, and all this is just a 5-10 minute walk away. All the aforementioned make for an ideal holiday location in one of Cornwall's Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
