Due to a change in circumstances we are selling our Willerby Mistral.

This caravan is ‘as new’ and has only been used a handful of times. We have just finished kitting it out and are including many additional items in the sale, all listed below.

The caravan is sited on a new pitch at Thurston Manor (Pony Meadow) which has just been completed. This is the prime pitch in the development. It is a quiet spot at the end of the development and has views of the fields and trees beyond.

The caravan costs 29,995 new, and we have added many extras, so this is a real bargain. It’s literally ready to walk in and relax.

The Willerby Mistral

The Willerby Mistral comes with double glazing and central heating and a combi boiler for instant hot water.

The open-plan nature of the Mistral gives an enhanced feeling of space in the living areas, with light filling the room from the large front windows. The lounge area has an L-shaped, wrap around sofa which is set around a modern gas fire place and a space for your TV. The sofa incorporates a pull out double bed for additional guests and also includes handy under-seat storage compartments, ideal for extra bedding, games, magazines and all sorts of things.

The contemporary, handle-free cupboard doors, linen finish sink with mixer tap and laminate style vinyl flooring give the kitchen a modern feel, while also being practical for your cooking and entertaining needs. Set just off the kitchen and between the lounge area, is dining area. The fixed dinette seating comes with two upholstered stools and a free standing dining table.

The bedrooms in the 35×12 2 bed Mistral comprise of one double room and one twin room. The double room has a dressing table, bedside cabinets and full height wardrobe, perfect for all your belongings. Above the bed there is shelving which is ideal for family photos and putting a personal stamp on your holiday home. The twin room has a bedside cabinet and full-height wardrobe too.

The family shower room has a large shower enclosure with thermostat controlled shower, a dual flush and eco-friendly WC, the wash basin is stylishly mounted on the vanity unit and the laminate style vinyl flooring makes it easy and practical to keep dry and clean.

Additionally, the Mistral is aluminium cladded, it has a steel chassis with protective coating, energy efficient PVCu double glazed windows and doors, plus steel pantile roof sheets giving a modern look. Internally there are stylish vaulted ceilings, gas central heating and under floor insulation to keep you toasty and warm.
