SITUATED AT NORTH DENES (NEAR LOWESTOFT) - BEHIND THE SPARROWS NEST

North Denes Holiday Park is a quiet new development with a small convenience store and newsagent. It is very near to Lowestoft town centre shops, beach and restaurants (behind The Sparrows Nest). In Sparrows Nest there are 2 restaurants - Giardino Italian Restaurant is a lovely restaurant which has a contemporary styled bar and outside dining area. The Martello cafe/restaurant has good food reasonably priced which opens at 8am for a reasonably priced breakfast.

There are pleasant walks along the promenade into North Lowestoft, where there is a wide range of shops and eating places. Adjacent to the site there are tennis courts, a bowling green and putting green. There is also ten pin bowling just down Whapload Road about 5 minutes from North Denes. Waterlane Leisure Centre in Lowestoft is the closest indoor swimming pool to the park. In the summer months they have children’s entertainment and activities in Sparrows Nest.

You are close to the Broads, Pleasurewood Hills and Minsmere Nature Reserve, Southwold and Somerleyton Hall and Gardens to name but a few of the plentiful attractions in and around the local area.

The Caravan has Double Glazing and Gas central heating, a spacious veranda, extremely comfortable with a 5’ double bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Plenty of cupboard space and a walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom. Free view is available and the caravan is always cleaned to very high standard.

The living room is in the front of the caravan with light wood effect storage and a feature fire-place. Freeview is available and WiFi is available at a charge.

The dining area has a free standing table and chairs. Seating for 4 people.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large domestic cooker and grill and four gas hobs, integrated fridge & freezer, toaster and a microwave also plenty of work surface area and storage cupboards. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are plentiful.
