Manor Park is a large camping site with touring caravans as well as many static caravans like mine. Only a few minutes away is the beautiful Norfolk Coastline. The homely caravan is on the Kensington area of the Manor Park and has a secure decking. She is close to the duck ponds, and has a hard standing for two cars. She is in a peaceful and elite area of the Manor Park with more room around the caravans than any other area on the Manor Park, there are trees and a large grassed areas around this caravan plot. She is a 6 berth holiday home on a ‘premier’ site in an 'elite' location with minimum thoroughfare to surrounding caravans.

Entering the caravan through the first entrance door leads you into the open plan lounge, dining area and Kitchen. The oven has cooked 2 Christmas dinners, Christmas cakes and many sponges have risen well in her lovely oven since I have owned her, always extractor fan used and very well cleaned to a high standard; privately owned and duly respected.

Their are silk interlined curtains and interior designed voiles making the caravan very luxurious and private, and also the interlined curtains are for the colder months to keep the central heating contained. The electric, and 'on mains' gas bills are 'very' reasonable when compared to residential properties. K29 has been a very comfortable home-from-home stay for my family and friends, and I have so enjoyed her, and will be somewhat sorry to see her sold. The new digital TV has all channels and there is a DVD player. The double glazing coupled with the gas fire and interior creates a fantastic Christmas atmosphere as well as - she is a Summer haven for those relaxing Manor Park and Norfolk Coast holidays - we have always loved with the family for many years.

There are two bedrooms in K29, the first has a full sized double bed with new firm mattress; 2016 - with en-suite toilet and hand basin and interior designed window dressings. She has extensive drawers below two dressing tables either side of bed, a larger than average wardrobe, and storage above and beneath the double bed.

The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be conveniently folded back to the wall for more space for one person. This bedroom also has sufficient wardrobe and storage space for two people. Again, with designer curtains and bed heads.

The third sleeping area is the pull out double bed in the living room making K29 a six berth - if needed - this bed does comfortably sleep two adults according to my son and his wife who have stayed on several occasions, but we are sure it was never used before. That basically describes this holiday home's interior condition in total; clean and that is why I purchased her.

The bathroom has a full size 'hot' powerful shower, second toilet and hand basin - so a family of six can be comfortable with the use of two closet rooms. however, I have spent much time here alone, and the neighbours are great people, hence one never feels alone here with the entertainment. Everyone is so friendly.

There is a secured decking area from the second exterior hall door for child and dog security. Although security services on Manor Park are exceptional, I have tended to leave my car unlocked on occasions feeling secure with security services on the Manor Park. All decking chairs and table are secured in price. There is nothing else you need to buy with this purchase.

The site has a great club house with regular 'weekend' entertaining acts and bands in season, an arcade and games room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools; pools and owner activities at specific times for owners only too, and a 'Kid's Club' if required. Great entertainment for adults, children, grand children and if one has beloved pets; a dog beach allows such wild freedom. And Wifi is available via the site management at reasonable cost in the caravans, considering residential costs. Wifi is also available in the club house at no cost.

If you are pulled to this health and well being lifestyle as I am for the family, welcome to Hunstanton. Hunstanton is the the ONLY coast line on the East of England where one can see beautiful sunsets over the sea; the Wash. I have been an owner here for nearly 3 years and feel so at home. My reason for this sale is that I have so enjoyed being here in K29, I now live here residentially in bricks and mortar, and from my own living room and bedroom can see those rosy sunsets beyond the sand, and can experience those early walks along the coast.
