If you want to own a modern static holiday home with the most amazing sea views on Havens Flagship site with the best facilities, direct access to a beautiful beach then our van is for you.

We purchased our van last Easter. Unfortunately due to work commitments we are not able to use it as much as we would have hoped so we've made the difficult decision to sell.

Location - We are located on a sought after Sea View Pitch with no vans in front to spoil the fabulous views! Just sit out on the decking and soak up the sun. We regularly walk to Exmouth along the beach or Budleigh Salterton. Both have pubs and restaurants to enjoy.

Devon Cliffs is a 5-star Haven holiday park. It sits in the Jurassic Coast world heritage site, with a spectacular cliff-top location above a sheltered, award winning sandy beach. It is located on the East coast of Devon and has a huge range of facilities, you will be spoilt for choice. We have visited many holiday home sites in Devon and Cornwall and this one is by far the best for all round location, entertainment, views, beach, restaurants etc.

The modern lounge has ample seating with a 32inch Flat screen TV (included in the sale). The lounge also has patio doors opening out to the large decking area at the front and side (with a lockable gate).

The dining area has a table with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster (all included). There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (with 2 x single beds in each), all with plenty of storage. (Master bedroom with dressing table and en-suite toilet/sink)

We have never allowed anybody to smoke in our van so it's in perfect as new condition.

There are lots of different sports activities to suit everyone such as Football, Archery, Segways, Paintball, Fencing! Evening entertainment includes bingo, late night discos, live cabaret and shows, plus owners only events which you will love.

Eating – There is an extensive choice of places to eat. This includes the South Beach Cafe with panoramic sea views and amazing food. There is also the Mash & Barrel, Fish’n’Chips. In addition, you will spot lots of recognisable names like Papa John’s Pizza (they will deliver to you), Burger King, Starbucks and Millie's Cookies. If you want to venture further afield you can walk into Exmouth or catch the bus which runs directly to and from the park into Exmouth town centre where there is a huge amount of café/bars to choose from. There's also bowling and a cinema. If you want water sports, there's plenty of that too.

Local area – The West Country is a great holiday destination for all the family with lots of places to visit on foot or a short drive away. Some highlights are Dartmoor National Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Dartmouth Castle, Paignton Zoo and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum to name a few.

Many of the visitors to Devon Cliffs are people who come here year after year; it truly offers something for everyone!

Plus as an owner you have many 'Owners Exclusive' events, together with an owners only lounge, pool etc There is also a Spa at Devon Cliffs and as a owner you will receive a discount.

Our pitch is in a quiet and sought after area of the park but still within easy walking distance of the complex. The Spa's many facilities include a Steam room, Sauna, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzies. Our holiday home is also fitted with a Ramtec Security Alarm System. This Holiday home has new Gas and Electricity safety Certificates. FREE WiFi is also included (for up to 4 devices).

As an owner you will receive 10 FREE PRIVILEGE CARDS which entitles the card holder to 50% OFF SPORTS ACTIVITIES and 15% OFF ALL FOOD, DRINK and GENERAL SHOPPING PURCHASED ON SITE. Some Local Tourist Attractions will also give 15% discount on presentation of your Privilege card.

Rental opportunities are excellent on this part of the park in a relatively new van. If you rent through Haven there are dates when they will guarantee occupancy. In our experience you can easily cover the costs of site fees.

Life as an Owner:-

There are so many owners events to chose from. You can bring the whole family along to our Big Weekends, Experience Days, themed Party Nights and the blowout Summer Party.

The park has a friendly community feel. You can decide to get involved or just do your own thing, it's all very laid back. The ever-changing calendar of owner events means there’s something for everyone throughout the season.

There are golf competitions and Aqua fit classes in the owners only pool. We have party nights, BBQs and dance classes. And we have plenty of activities for owners who want to learn something new. Chocolate tasting, jewellery making, cake decorating, wine club, real ale and cider club and much more – just take your pick.

You'll receive discounts around the park and in the local area. You can have 10 privilege 'owners' cards altogether. Plus the account owners get even more special offers eg free crazy golf all year!

You can also book activities like high ropes, climbing wall, segways, archery, pool party on line and receive 50% off.

There is a cost to Haven for transfer of ownership which we will pay upon completion of the sale.

We will also include all the items included on the renting out inventory, so if you do decide to rent it out you don't need to buy anything at all; it's all there for you! This includes items such as kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, bedding, etc etc

We have already paid the site fees for this year. We are not allowed to sell the van including site fees as any new purchaser would be expected to pay for these themselves.
