This holiday home benefits from a Flat Screen TV/DVD, gas fire and coffee table. The French doors to the front open out onto a large wrap around UPVc deck with stylish glass panels.

KITCHEN & DINNING AREA: Luxury fitted kitchen furnished with a full sized integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from an elegant and comfortable free standing dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has very good storage space and comes with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, kettle and toaster.

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one very spacious en suite master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table area. Ample storage by way of wardrobes, cupboards, drawers and large storage area beneath the double bed. There is also room for a travel cot in this room. In addition there are a further 2 twin rooms, one of which has plenty of space to push the twin beds together to make a second double if required. Both twin rooms have wardrobe and cupboard space for storage.

SHOWER ROOM & TOILET: In addition to the master bedrooms en suite toilet and washroom, there is a spacious shower room which has a thermostatic shower in a large cubical with sliding glass door, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, means you can holiday all season in comfort. A remote controlled room thermostat has been added to ensure full temperature control. By taking this into the master bedroom at night ensures the bedroom stays at your chosen temperature. Adjustment is only a press of a button away.

VERANDA: White UPVc with glass panel inserts, the wrap around veranda provides an ideal sundeck to enjoy the wonderful sea views. The veranda extends down the side of the Holiday Home and has a lockable gate. There is also a glass topped patio table, 4 chairs and parasol included.

OTHER DETAILS: This premium pitch has a private driveway and is situated in a cul de sac. It is in a quiet and sought after area of the park but still within easy walking distance of the complex. This pitch also comes with 2 COMPLIMENTARY ANNUAL SPA PASSES for use in Devon Cliffs Owners only Spa. The Spa's many facilities include a Steam room, Sauna, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzies. Our holiday home is also fitted with a Ramtec Security Alarm System. This Holiday home has new Gas and Electricity safety Certificates. FREE WiFi is also included on the TERRACE (for up to 4 devices).

Devon Cliffs has direct access to a secluded, safe sandy beach.

RENTAL OPTIONS: Rental opportunities are excellent on the TERRACE. You are guaranteed to cover all of your site fee and running costs.
