This Caravan is sited on Priory Meadow at St Osyth Beach with 2 Private parking spaces. It has piped in gas supply which is metered as is the Electricity. A Ramtech Alarm various sheds. The outside is decked with stunning views over the farmland. The caravan has been used as family home and has not been used for rentals and no pets have been aloud so it is in immaculate condition.There are 2 bedrooms, master has King size bed and dressing table, with en-suite wc and a separate shower wc and pedestal basin. The other bedroom has twins beds or the beds can be put together to make double room. Under one bed is another hideaway that can be put up anywhere. In the outside lounge there is a 4ft pull out bed.

As you would expect with this quality Caravan it has double glazing and central heating as standard. There is a very spacious lounge with various units the tv can be wall hung over the fireplace and an electric fire, the dining area can sit up to 6 people. the fully fitted kitchen has an integrated full size fridge/freezer, built in gas oven and hob and all the usual essentials you expect in a modern kitchen.

One can open the french doors to the huge decking for evening dinning and socialising watching the sun set. the caravan has skirting all round which enhances the the caravan and helps to keep it warm during chilly nights.the van is situated in a quiet cul de sac and you are a few minutes walk from the on site indoor heated neptune swimming pool with flume, restaurant, club house, amusement centre all weather multi-sports court, small shopping kiosk for essentials and a launderette. Also one can use the facilities at the sister park Seawick. The Beach is situated about about 10 minutes from the Caravan. and there is a bus service to Clacton which is outside the park by the beach.

The Caravan is for sale with all fixtures and fittings, bedding etc, you can can simply move in and enjoy your new home. the park which is owned by Park Holidays are charging at least £10k more for this model, if purchased direct with them.
