The caravan has double glazing, central heating, en suite double bedroom with ottoman bed ,wardrobe and vanity table. The en-suite comprises basin, shower and WC. There is a separate family bathroom with basin, bath and WC.

There is a twin bedroom with wardrobe and vanity table. The main feature is an open plan living room/diner/kitchen. The kitchen has ample storage and island bench with display cupboards, a dishwasher, gas cooker with hob and grille, cooker hood and built in microwave.

The lounge has a three seater settee and a two seater bed settee.

A single door leads out onto a 20' x 8' sundeck with lockable gate. The sundeck is secluded and south facing with ample room for outside dining and entertaining.

The caravan comes complete with;

Flat screen TV, Blue Ray player, Kettle ,toaster, standard lamp, coffee table ,TV stand and nest of 3 tables.

All windows have curtains or blinds mixed to give a modern but cozy feel to the rooms.

There are extract fans to both the en suite and the bathroom and both bedrooms have facilities for mounting flat screen tv s with aerial and power points.

The holiday park is owner occupied with no sub letting but passes are available for up to 8 family and friends.

The park has just benefited from a 1.5M revamp with a state of the art entertainment suite, bar and restaurant. Gym ,Sauna ,Steam room and 25M heated indoor pool, all free to owners.

The park is open for 12 months. The park is ideal for coastal walks, Alnwick castle, Warkworth golf club and Amble itself which now boasts Indian, Italian and seafood restaurants, coffee shops, clubs ,bars and some of the best fish and chips on the Northumberland coast. There are boat trips out to the Coquet Island and an excellent bus service for Craster,Alnwick, Embleton and Berwick.

I am reluctantly selling this lovely holiday home due to unfortunate personal circumstances and I will be very sad to see it go.
