This website was set-up to help individuals achieve a fair price when either buying or selling a static caravan in the UK.

We feel that for a very long time in the UK there hasn't been a fair balance between what static caravans are priced at when purchasing them and what static caravans are valued at when selling them. It seems the average individual pays too much when buying and receives too little when selling. The amounts involved are thousands of pounds and it's simply not fair!

Just look at this for a typical example of how this website could help you. Scenario A is based on a real experience I encountered a few years back, while Scenario B shows how this website can help both buyer's and seller's.

Scenario A
• Selling a 5 year old static caravan. The holiday park offers me £14,000.
• I have to accept the £14,000 as my private adverts didn't attract any interest.
• A few weeks later I see my caravan for sale at £18,000 with a SOLD sign.

Scenario B
• Selling a 5 year old static caravan. The holiday park offers me £14,000.
• Someone on this website offers me £16,000 so I accept this making an extra £2,000.
• Instead of paying £18,000 the buyer only paid £16,000 so they also save £2,000.

In Scenario A I lost out on achieving a fair value and the buyer paid over the odds for the static caravan. It's only the holiday park that wins in this scenario as they receive £4,000 for a few weeks work!

In Scenario B I received an extra £2,000 and the buyer saved £2,000. Both parties win!
